Perceived Design, a Bengaluru-based online platform for businesses to create, share and track training modules, has launched its learning app METAcademy (BETA), the first experiential learning app in India for levels 11, 12 and NEET UG.

Created by Uttam Kumar Pandey, Perceived uses its proprietary XR technology to enhance student learning using an interactive 3D interface and AR and VR experiences. The application aims to promote active learning among students. METAcademy LIVE classes allow students to refer, explore and learn through interaction and experience. Its study materials are not just PDFs and handwritten notes, but interactive 3D with labeled labels and short notes with auto-read mode.

Speaking of the new learning app, Uttam Kumar Pandey, Founder and CEO of Perceived Design, said: “Learning is not just about notes or knowing facts, but about acting, reflecting, thinking and applying. METAcademy is an effort to build a community to share thoughts, discuss, teach and learn with peers. METAcademy will address many of the skills that 21st century learners needed in a virtual country.
