Lone Star College was named one of America’s Best Online Learning Colleges in 2022 by Newsweek, a leading news magazine and website that has brought high-quality journalism to readers around the world since over 80 years old.

America’s Top Online Colleges 2022 designation highlights the nation’s top colleges with online degrees based on an online survey conducted by Statista with over 12,000 reviews from over 9,000 respondents who have participated in programs online college studies and / or general online learning courses in the United States. . Statista publishes industry rankings and business listings established around the world with leading media partners.
Respondents shared their experiences in rating institutions against several criteria, including organization and accessibility, support and service, program cost, perceived organizational reputation, expected success, and practical relevance of the content.
LSC is developing a new LSC-Online college to meet the growing demand for e-learning. Seelpa Keshvala, Ph.D., has been appointed Executive Vice Chancellor and CEO of LSC-Online. The planned start date for LSC-Online is fall 2022.
“The vision is to offer fully online programs with a guaranteed timeline that will allow students to graduate over a two-year period similar to face-to-face teaching,” Head said. “LSC-Online College will have priority in programming 100% online programs.”
